MIDSCI’s selection of laboratory storage boxes and laboratory storage racks is a cornucopia of sorts as we have an extensive collection of tube racks and boxes to help maintain effective inventory management processes.
We have stackable, secure, 50-well storage boxes with hinged lids in multiple colors; a PCR cardboard box that’ll prevent you from losing those PCR tubes in 2-inch boxes; and economical and moisture-resistant flatpack freezer boxes.
MIDSCI has the laboratory tube racks you are looking for as well. Just a small sample of our wide range of choices includes: freezer racks with operating temps of -90°C to 121°C, autoclavable Adapt-a-Racks, and CoolCubes that safely store your samples on the lab bench without samples degradation.

The PolarSafe cryogenic 2D vials, available in 2 and 5 mL sizes with internally or externally threaded caps, are idea for rapid processing of biological samples. The embedded Datamatrix code at the bottom of each vial along with the corresponding "Code 128" barcode on the body of the vial, saves time and provides accurate organization and tracking of valuable samples.
The 2D vials can be safely stored in polycarbonate boxes (purchase separately). The storage boxes also feature the 2D Datamatrix code and Code 128 barcode to provide automatic identification of both the box and stored vials.

This series of tubes is available either plain or with printed graduations and white marking area for sample identification. The caps do not have the attachment loops for users who prefer to remove the caps completely from the tubes when filling or sampling. These microcentrifuge tubes have all the other fine features stated in the general description. Perfect for cryogenic work. Non skirted tubes can be centrifuged up to 20,000g. Skirted tubes can be centrifuged up to 17,000g.
Will withstand temperatures from -196 °C to +121 °C.
Tubes and caps (with CMT as part number) are certified RNase, DNase, DNA and Pyrogen free.
