Benchmark CO2 Incubators

With our unique and proprietary heat distribution technology, the Benchmark ST Series of CO2 incubators provide the highest levels of temperature accuracy with minimal fluctuation (within 0.1°C). The six-side heating system, in combination with a low-speed internal fan, uniformly spreads air throughout the chamber (without air exchange from the external environment). The chamber walls are constructed of high grade (316) stainless-steel, and all corners are rounded, preventing the accumulation of dirt/debris.
For added security, all models feature an internal alarm to alert the user if the CO2 percentage changes, or the temperature fluctuates by more than 1°C from the set point. In addition, a quick-cal calibration button allows for quickly adjusting the chamber temperature to match that of a properly calibrated external thermometer.
Two series (standard and PLUS) are each available in 45L and 180L chamber sizes. PLUS models include advanced programming for high heat decontamination (at 125°C), a unique split inner glass door for access to the chamber without exposing it fully to the external environment and programmable humidity percentage, up to 95%.

PR1MA™ Mini CO2 Incubator

Both temperature and CO2 percentage are digitally adjustable and displayed in real time on the large LED control panel. This panel also features a “Cal” function, for easy in-lab calibration of the temperature or CO2. In addition, humidity (up to 80%) can be added to the chamber by inserting the included (stainless steel) humidity reservoir.
The CO2 level is constantly monitored using dual beam infrared sensing technology. In the event of a drop in CO2, audible and visual alarms are triggered, notifying the user of the error. Despite its small size, the incubator features a relatively large 20 L chamber with the capacity for flasks and bottles up to 2 liters. Two removable, stainless-steel shelves are included. The shelves are perforated to improve airflow within the chamber. * If disconnected from the CO2 supply, CO2 percentage decreases by approx. 1%/30 min.

Although they do not have a humidity display, the extremely stable temperature environment maintains constant humidity through evaporation at 95%. Double wall construction reduces this unit's footprint, so they fit in tight spaces as well as tight budgets.

The HB-500 Minidizer is a personal, desktop hybridization oven that is ideal for use in laboratories with low use and limited space requirements. Microprocessor controls allow for consistent, repeatable results and the chamber interior is stainless steel with a 3/8" beta-blocking acrylic cover. The cover swings down for direct access to the bottle carousel, which can be removed from the chamber for the easy insertion or removal of bottles.
In addition to the hybridization oven features mentioned above, the Crosslinker In 95-0031-01 features:

The ProBlot™ 6 and 12 meet the needs of medium to high throughput laboratories with their 6 and 12 bottle capacity.
The rotisserie and incubation system in the ProBlot™ ovens provides the perfect conditions for consistent results with low background. Mechanical convection creates an extremely uniform environment by circulating air through the chamber while heat input is controlled by a microprocessor. An integral viewing area in the door allows for sample visualization without disrupting the interior temperature. The desired agitation level is obtained with the variable speed and adjustable axis rotisserie.
Oven chambers are corrosion resistant stainless. ProBlot™ 6 and 12 have a grounded interior electrical outlet for powering small equipement. The ovens are provided with a rotisserie for 35 mm diameter bottles and 50 ml disposable tubes, a drip tray, two large bottles and a pack of hybridization mesh. A rocking platform and other rotisseries are available.
