Bead sample pack with 8 types of beads for homogenizing soft tissues: 0.5 and 1.0 mm glass beads (GB05, GB10), 0.5, 1.0, and 2.0 mm zirconium silicate beads (ZRSB05, ZRSB10, and ZRSB20), and 0.5, 1.0, and 2.0 mm zirconium oxide beads (ZROB05, ZROB10, and ZROB20). 10 mL of each.

SSB32-RNA is 3.2 mm RNase-free stainless steel blend beads in a 10 mL package.
Bead sample pack - a sampling of beads for use with microcentrifuge tubes. Note that this pack is included with Bullet Blender® purchases. Glass beads: 0.1 mm and 0.5 mm. ZRO beads: 0.5 mm and 1.0 mm. Stainless: 0.2 mm, 0.9 - 2.0 mm blend and 3.2 mm.

~80 mL/pound stainless steel beads can be used for the homogenization of tough samples or for special applications such as bacterial isolation.
Bulk stainless steel beads are sold by the pound (0.45 kg).
UFO beads are sold by the 50 mL package.
RNase-free stainless steel beads are sold by the 4 mL package.
Stainless steel beads can be used for homogenization of touch samples or for special applications such as bacterial isolation. Cone beads (UFO beads) have a special shape that is great for cutting through particularly fibrous or resilient material.
Cone beads are available in 3.5 mm and 5.6 mm diameters in either bulk packaging (50 mL tubes) or in an RNase-free option (10 mL pack size). These beads are for use only in 5 mL and 50 mL tubes within appropriate Bullet Blender homogenizer.
