Spill Prevention Feature

The unique closed circuit air purging system allows air and bubbles to be eliminated from the dispenser without loss of valuable reagent. The reagent "guard valve" prevents accidental discharge of reagent when the dispenser is not in use. A simple turn of the operations mode selector activates this safety feature. Eliminating the need for discharge tube caps. The exclusive Integrated Swivel Neck allows the discharge tube to be turned 360° for convenient dispensing without affecting the connection to the bottle.

Locking Rocker Switch

The Dispensers are fully autoclavable to 121°C for sterilization. The Labmax™ can be disassembled quickly and easily for thorough cleaning. Quick and accurate volume adjustment is easy with the locking rocker switch. The zero point is manufactured into the Labmax™; calibration is not necessary, even after disassembly and cleaning. The Dispensette^® S Trace Analysis is the next generation bottletop dispenser for precise volume dispensing of high-purity media for trace analysis. It is especially suited for dispensing acids, bases and hydrogen peroxide in the volume range from 1 to 10 mL. The components of the fluid path have been selected to only contain the highest purity materials, such as fluoroplastics and sapphire. The result is a trace metal content of dispensed liquid generally in the low ppb range, or even in the low ppt range, depending on the application. Both platinum-iridium and tantalum valve springs are available for application compatibility.

Reagent Reservoirs
 
Multi-channel solution reservoirs are designed for use with all multichannel pipettes. Standard 4 channel, 8 channel, 12 channel and various special purpose pipettes are all compatible with these disposable, polystyrene reservoirs. To facilitate easy, dripless pour-off of unused reagents and solutions, all versions have indented "spouts" in each corner. Bottoms are formed with a sharply tapered "V" shape to minimize waste and reagent consumption.
 
Whether your application calls for bulk packaging, packs of 5, or individually wrapped reservoirs, MIDSCI reservoirs are supplied sterile and are packed in environmentally friendly packaging, within biodegradable bags and recycled cardboard boxes.

Texan reagent reservoirs are reusable -- an environmentally sound alternative to disposable reagent reservoirs. Their extra-large capacity means fewer refills and time saved. The V-shaped basin is compatible with both eight- and twelve-place multiple pipettors with minimal reagent waste. Lids are removable -- attached with ball and socket hinges -- and latch tightly for secure storage of left-over reagents. With lids closed, Texan reagent reservoirs are stackable. A perimeter ridge on the lid prevents sliding. Construction is clear, chemical-resistant, autoclavable polypropylene. Molded graduation marks provide Vol indication at 25, 50, 75, 100, 125, and 150 mL.
