The Built-In models are designed with a "front breathing" ventilation system, eliminating the need for clearance around the top and sides of the unit; enabling the user to incorporate these units into cabinets and other applications where free space is limited.

TempLog Premier Manual Defrost Laboratory Freezers are purpose built for scientific and medical applications. Units feature a digital microprocessor temperature controller allowing for the precise temperature management necessary for critical samples and supplies. A manual defrost design prevents product damaging temperature spikes from defrost cycles.

Defrosting of the unit will need to be performed periodically to prevent severe ice build-up.

The Touch Screen temperature display and alarm module offers the latest in advanced temperature control and data logging. Offering industry-leading product security with a monitoring and alarm system that is 100% independent of the temperature controller.

Real-time sample simulated temperatures are constantly displayed, logged and supported by audible/visual high and low temperature alarms, along with power outage, sensor error and door ajar alarms, remote alarm dry contacts, a 4-20mA output and an access port are provided to simplify connections to existing facility monitoring systems. Traceable® Refrigerator/Freezer Thermometer Complete Description

Accurately monitor temperatures in freezers, water baths, heating blocks, incubators, and refrigerators with this enclosed "temperature-buffered" sensor. Bottle insulates sensor from rapid temperature changes when refrigerator door is opened. Patented unit fulfils all CDC thermometer and vaccine thermometer requirements.

Records high/low readings
Triple display simultaneously shows high, low, and current temperatures. Min/max monitors high/low readings overnight, on weekends, or for any time period-a significant advantage over "current reading-only" glass thermometers. Range is -58 to 158°F and -50 to 70°C with a resolution ° and accuracy of°C.

Signals out-of-range conditions
Alarm feature provides alert when temperature rises above or falls below a set point. Alarm is programmable in 1° increments. Visual and audible signals continue even if temperature returns to non-alarm range. Ten-foot micro-cable permits refrigerator doors to close on it.

Avoids Contaminants
Solid-state probe eliminates mercury contamination in refrigerators. Probe is sealed in a miniature bottle (1 x 2-1/2 inches) filled with nontoxic glycol. Solution is GRAS (generally recognized as safe) by the FDA (Food and Drug Administration). Eliminates concerns about incidental contact with food or drinking water.

Traceable to NIST for accuracy
To assure accuracy an individually serial-numbered Traceable® Certificate is provided from our ISO 17025 calibration laboratory accredited by A2LA. It indicates traceability to standards provided by NIST (National Institute of Standards and Technology). High-impact, chemical-resistant ABS plastic case is 2-3/4 x 4-1/4 x 3/4 inches. Weight is 4 ounces. Velcro and magnetic strips are provided for mounting of both thermometer and bottle sensor.
