PR1MA™ Yeast Nitrogen Base without Amino Acids

For classifying yeasts based on amino acid and carbohydrates requirements. Contains all essential vitamins and inorganic salts necessary for the cultivaiton of yeasts. Excludes histidine methionine, tryptophan and carbon source. Also contains <1 mg/L each of vitamins and trace inorganic salts.
