Designed for Fluorescence Activated Cell Sorting/ flow cytometry equipment these flow tubes are made of crystal clear polystyrene and are 12x75mm.

To ensure consistent compatibility with the automated instrument the diameter and wall thickness is held to very tight tolerances.  The tubes are available with the standard two-position culture cap, no cap at all, or with a cap that contains a 35um nylon mesh screen.  They are primarily used to collect dissociated sample for subsequent processing in automated flow cytometry instruments.
