PR1MA™ LB Broth Powder [Lennox L Broth]

For propagation and maintenance of E. Coli. Low Salt Formula. Molecular Biology Grade.


Dissolve 20 grams in 1 liter distilled water. Then adjust pH to 7.2. Heat and frequently agitate to completely dissolve. Sterilize by autoclaving for 15 minutes.


Ingredients:

• Tryptone: 10 g/L
• Yeast Extract: 5 g/L
• Sodium Chloride: 5 g/L

Research or further manufacturing use only, not for food or drug use.

• DCM Appearance: Homogeneous free flowing, light beige
• PPM Appearance: Clear, No to light ppt, light yellow
• pH (2% water) @25°C: 6.8 - 7.2
• Microorganism (E. coli ATCC 23724): Good to Excellent
