PR1MA™  Luria Agar Granulated [Miller's LB Agar]

For propagation and maintenance of E. Coli.


Dissolve 37 grams in 1 Liter distilled water and adjust the pH to 7.2. Sterilize by autoclaving for 15 minutes.


Ingredients:

  • Tryptone: 10g/l
  • Sodium Chloride: 10g/l
  • Yeast Extract: 5g/l
  • Agar: 12g/l

Research or further manufacturing use only, not for food or drug use.


  • DCM Appearance: Homogeneous Free Flowing,Light Beige
  • PPM Appearance: Clear, none to light ppt, light yellow
  • pH (2.5 % Solution @25 oC): 6.8 - 7.2
