The Azure Cielo Real-Time PCR system provide accuracy and sensitivity needed for research, with intuitive touch screen software.

Flexibility: Engineered for a wide variety of qPCR applications, with high sensitivity and wide dynamic range.
Intelligent workflow: The user interface is a simple touch screen assay setup. Protocols can be saved to make assay set up easy and reproducible.
Reliability: Cielo's optics and thermal block are designed to deliver the same uniformity and reproducibility over at least 1,000 qPCR experiments, giving you confidence in the reliability of the instrument.
Connectivity: An external PC is not required to run the instrument.
Data Transfer: This can be performed via Ethernet, Wi-Fi or USB.

Optics - 3 or 6 dye channel filters with LED based excitation for multiplexing

Capacity - 96-well format for semi-skirted or un-skirted plates and tubes
Thermal Performance - Marlow Peltier based block with 12 temperature gradient zones, ramp rates up to 6.0°C/sec
Chemistry - Supports reaction volumes between 10 μl–150 μl, open source chemistry, including FAST ~20 minute run-times
Sensitivity - Detect 2-fold differences in target quantities in singleplex reactions and up to 1 copy of amplified DNA, 10 logs of dynamic range
