VitroINK® (3 mL) + Full Mixing Kit with Dispenser
VitroINK® Bioink Starter Kit contains both bioink and the
complete mixing kit to prepare the cell bioink mixture for 3D bioprinting. The
kit includes choice of bioink + the mixing kit:

The VitroINK® Mixing Kit includes a dispenser, 1 mL syringe, 3 mL syringe, connectors and mixing head to get you started.
VitroINK® is a ready-to-use tunable bioink modified with functional ligands, and cell adhesive peptide, promoting cell attachment and cell-matrix interactions. This RGD modified bioink can enhance cell adhesion, proliferation, motility/migration, and differentiation in different applications.
VitroINK® Mixing Kit was designed to provide a robust mixing of bioink and cells. Cells can be prepared with VitroINK® for a 3:1 mixing ratio using the 3 mL syringe or a 10:1 mixing ratio using the 1 mL syringe. Put the VitroINK® and cell suspension in the mixer and gently press the mixture through the connector and mixing head to your bioprinter cartridge. Wait 10-20 minutes for the mixture to stabilize before printing. There is no UV, no temperature/pH curing, or chemical cross-linking for the VitroINK® system. Simply adding cell culture medium to cover the printed structure can further stabilize and support cell growth. The bioprinted cells are ready for incubation.

Perkin Elmer's ATPlite simple and sensitive system is an excellent kit to determine cell number due to proliferation or toxicity. It effectively replaces the MTT assay and can be used instead of the 3H thymidine assays with additional analysis.

RephiQuik Syringe Filters
RephiQuik non-sterile syringe filters are a fast and efficient tool for analytical sample preparation.
As a result of high quality polypropylene (PP) housing and low extractable membranes, the filters deliver broad chemical compatibility and excellent performance consistency.
The non-sterile filters are available in 13 mm & 32 mm diameters and 5 types of membranes (PTFE, PVDF, PES, MCE and Nylon) for various application needs, such as HPLC/GC sample preparation or many other applications in pharmaceutical, environmental, biological, food, beverage and agricultural fields.
32 mm RephiQuik PES sterile disposable syringe filters utilize hydrophilic PES membranes, offering extraordinary combination of fast flow speeds and low protein binding. Its unique design ensures no leakage of particles to the down-stream side of the membrane. The highly asymmetric structure of PES membrane allows for high loading capacity, resulting in the high efficiency of the filter. RephiQuik PES sterile filters are ideal for biological sample preparation, such as pharmaceutical and biological aqueous solutions filtration and protein/peptide related sample filtration. Compared with usual 25 mm syringe filters, 32 mm RephiQuik filters brings at least 20% more effective filtration area (4.4 cm2) while 20% lower hold-up volume (below 80µL)
Argos Syringe Filters are ideal for filtering culture media and organic solvents in a wide range of applications. All items are tested for filter efficiency and housing integrity. Filter housing is manufactured and tested to withstand pressures of up to 75 PSI. Membrane materials include PES, PVDF, MCE, Nylon, and PTFE. Filters are individually wrapped and certified non-pyrogenic and RNase/DNase free.
