NEST Transfer Cap for High Efficiency Erlenmeyer Flasks
Two-Way Liquid Transfer Cap
The two-way transfer cap is used along with a 2L, 3L or 5L shake flask to
connect a liquid inlet tubing with the required device. The liquid transfer
is achieved by connection of a peristaltic pump between the shake flask and
the device. Upon completion of the transfer, the transfer cap can be
replaced with a vent cap for culture.
Multifunctional Liquid Transfer Cap
Unlike the two-way liquid transfer cap, the multifunctional transfer cap
can be directly placed in an incubator for culture after the liquid
transfer is completed. It can reach a large air flux. The sampling part is
composed of a sampling nozzle and a one-way valve, which can prevent the
liquid from flowing backwards during the sampling process and ensure the
aseptic sampling. The liquid inlet tubing is provided with a PTFE needle
filter, which solves the issue of liquid remaining in the tubing during the
feeding process.
Inverted Liquid Transfer Cap
The inverted transfer cap is used along with a 2L, 3L or 5L shake flask to
connect a liquid inlet tubing with the required device. When liquid
transfer is required, the liquid is transferred under gravity with the
inverted shake flask.
Application
It is applicable to liquid transfer and culture during mass proliferation of bacteria and suspension cells.
Product Features
- Closed transfer reduces the risks of contamination during liquid transfer
- The cap is molded and connected in an integrated manner, reducing the risks of leakage and media residues
- A variety of tubing diameters are available and aseptic welding of liquid inlet tubing under normal conditions is supported
- High-quality materials and smooth inner wall of the tubing provide an excellent transfer performance
- Sterility level (SAL) is maintained at 10-6
- Endotoxin-free, and no ingredients of animal origin

VitroINK® Bioinks
Ready-to-use bioinks for 3D bioprinting
VitroINK® are ready-to-use, xeno-free (animal origin-free) bioink system either unmodified or modified with either RGD, Collagen-memetic, IKVAV, or YIGSR peptides or with Matrix Metalloproteinases (MMP) for biodegradable bioink.
VitroINK® is a family of the ready-to-use, xeno-free tunable bioink system that requires no UV, no temperature/pH curing, or chemical cross-linking. The system is ready-to-use at room temperature, neutral in pH, transparent, and has excellent visibility after printing and cell culture. Due to the unique shear-thinning and rapid recovery mechanical property, VitroINK® can maintain the printed structure without UV or other special curing methods. Adding cell culture medium after printing can further stabilize the printed structure and support cell growth. Cells can be pre-mix with VitroINK® using our VitroINK® Mixing Kit for mixing ratios at 3:1 or 10:1. Different versions of VitroINK® may incorporate multiple biological functional ligands to promote cell attachment, cell-matrix interactions, cell proliferation, motility/migration and differentiation for many different applications.

VitroINK® Mixing Kit – Complete Pack
Mix VitroINK® bioink with cells at 3:1 and 10:1 ratios. Full
mixing kit with Dispenser and single-use components.
Mixing cells with the bioink is a critical step for 3D bioprinting. Because of the differences in viscosity of the cell suspension and bioink, the traditional manual mixing methods create a lot of air bubbles and non-uniform mixture which leads to the unstable printed structure, difficulty for cell observation and affect cell viability.
The VitroINK® Mixing Kit was designed to provide a robust mixing of the bioink and cells. Cells can be prepared with VitroINK® for a 3:1 mixing ratio using the 3 mL syringe or a 10:1 mixing ratio using the 1 mL syringe. To prepare the bioprinter cartridge, the VitroINK® and cell suspension are placed in the mixer and is dispensed through the connector and mixing head. Wait 10-20 minutes for the mixture to stabilized and the cartridge is ready for printing. There is no UV, no temperature/pH curing, or chemical cross-linking for the VitroINK® system. Adding cell culture medium to cover the printed structure can further stabilize and support cell growth. The bioprinted cells are ready for incubation.
The syringe, connector and mixing head are disposable for
one-time use. Order the sterilized replacement mixing kit components to ensure
the robust results for every single mixing.

The Harvest Premium Cell Strainer system is a fast easy-to-use solution for detaching, isolating, and straining cells from clusters and tissues. A polypropylene frame supports a nylon mesh that comes in three sizes: 40 µm (blue), 70 µm (white), and 100 µm (yellow). A tiered filtration process is made possible by the unique interlocking stackable design.
Redesigned with support tabs (for multi-well plates) and 1.5mm feet (for flat dishes and plates). Strainers are supplied sterile, individually wrapped, in convenient blister packs, with one free reducing adapter.
The advanced frame/housing design offers a unique geometry ensure aseptic handling and eliminate the contamination risks associated with fingers contacting the filtered suspension, mesh and/or interior surfaces. The enhanced performance and improved aeration, by eliminating the "air-lock" effect, also reduces processing time and prevents messy spillovers.

ReadyStrain™ is the first product of its kind, providing all the necessary parts for filtration of cell suspensions and combining them into a single, preassembled, ready to use, sterile packet. The kits eliminate the contamination risks associated with opening multiple packages, and assembling separate pieces. The individual sterile packets mean researchers are no longer forced to expose entire bags of 50mL tubes and corresponding caps to perform one filtration. Instead they can open a single ReadyStrain packet directly under the hood.
