2 mL - 50 mL Pipette Filler

With this practical device you can fill a pipet with liquids even when there is no liquid sample in the pipet. It is ideal for loading drops or other small, easily handled, solutions into a pipet. Just hold the pipet tip in your hand, and the desired volume of liquid is released into the pipet automatically. It can also be used to aspirate, that is, to dispense a liquid sample into the pipet from a container or vial. The Labnet Pipet Filler has been designed for use with 2 to 50ml pipets. The housing is made of tough borosilicate glass and ensures that no breakage or leaks will occur. The Labnet 2 to 50ml lab pipet filler is required for all but 2 to 50ml lab pipets. It is not recommended for use with multi-digit pipettes. Always check the volume of liquid in the pipet before use.

Made of virgin polypropylene, all Capp racked pipette tips are RNase, DNase and Pyrogen free certified. The ExpellPlus racked pipette tips have unique low retention properties, reducing sample binding to minimum and significantly improving your pipetting results.

Capp barrier pipette tips are RNase, DNase and Pyrogen free certified and crystal clear. The filters of ExpellPlus barrier tips are made of pure HDPE (High Density Polyethylene) and are free from any cellulose additives. They are 3-4 times smaller than many other brands of filtered pipette tips, making ExpellPlus barrier tips the perfect choice within the field of molecular biology.

Pipetting under a hood doesn't need to be a pain in the neck. The new Drummond Portable Pipet-Aid XL has a longer handle to reduce the amount of arm lift required to perform the same operation as with a conventional pipettor. The ergonomic design includes an adjustable sliding hand rest and a removable stand which enables the unit to be set down without contaminating the pipet. The Portable Pipet-Aid XL also features a new quieter, more powerful pump, and a new EZ Grip nosepiece. Fit is Everything | One Size Does Not Fit All

VistaLab pipettes are calibrated to VistaLab tips. Ovation pipettes are designed to make the pipette "click" when tips are properly loaded eliminating the need for excessive force and "jamming." You'll never worry about tips falling off! In addition, when tips aren't jammed on, they are easier to eject, which is more ergonomic.

For optimal performance:

1) The pipette tip should be sealed properly. The seal area should be the entire side wall of the tip, from the bottom of the nozzle to the top lip of the tip. If the tips are not sealed, there could be leakage and contamination.

2) The tip should not extend too far up the nozzle or be too small to fit onto the nozzle. Either situation affects tip ejection, which is also not ergonomic.

Application
